Michigan State Police have identified the victims of a possible murder/suicide in the 5200 block of Moscow Road in Spring Arbor Township.
In a press release, the MSP announced that 61-year-old Gregory Heath shot 60-year-old Katherine Sturgill and 44-year-old Curtis Sturgill before turning the gun on himself. Police received a report of a shooting just before 6:00 a.m. Saturday. Upon arrival, they discovered the three had been shot. Both males were pronounced dead on the scene, the female was taken to Henry Ford Allegiance Health where she was pronounced dead. The three lived together in the home and authorities believe domestic and financial issues were primary motives in the shooting.
