The recent closure of the Jackson County Court offices is a response to the positive test of COVID-19 of a courthouse employee and an effort to combat the spread of the disease.
- Only essential and/or emergency hearings to be determined by the individual judges
- No court hearings to be held in the courthouse
- Only essential custodial facility personnel may enter premises
