Jackson, MI (WKHM) – The Summit Township “Special Meeting” on the proposed asphalt plant drew a standing room only crowd on Tuesday night. Supervisor for Summit Township, Todd Emmons on WKHM spoke about the decision to send the matter back to the planning commission.
