City’s Active Living Program designed to keep older adults moving

While the bitter cold can be a hindrance to community activity, the Active Living Program is designed to keep those 50+ years old up and moving. The program’s coordinator, Julie Weisbrod, told us in a conversation why it’s important to stay active later in life.
