Jackson County Crime Victim’s Rights Unit to hold Candlelight Vigil

Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — The Jackson County Crime Victim’s Rights Unit’s Candlelight Vigil at Queens Church is coming up Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. Kristy Conley with the Unit spoke about how the event can unite the community even with a solemn atmosphere.
