Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — The Jackson County Conservation District (JCCD) has two collection efforts coming up that the Jackson community might want to take advantage of.
The first is the free-of-charge Jackson County Scrap Tire Collection happening this Saturday morning (July 19) beginning at 9 a.m. at Keeley Park (Jackson County Fairgrounds). JCCD Technician Colten Franzen gave us more details on what to expect.

Tires will be collected on a first come first serve basis, and oversized tires that are larger than passenger sized will not be accepted.
The Conservation District also has a Household Hazardous Waste Collection on July 24, with Franzen filling us in on the when and where.
