Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — There are upcoming intermittent single lane closures on southbound US-127 scheduled for this Tuesday (2/10/26).
The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will have single lane intermittent closures of southbound US-127 between M-50 and the Parnall Road on ramp to southbound US-127 to remove a sign cantilever on February 10 near Jackson.
A cantilever is a structural element that is firmly attached to a fixed structure at one end and is unsupported at the other end.
The work is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. and has an estimated end time of 3:00 p.m. on the same day.
MDOT says the Parnall Road on ramp to southbound US-127 will also have intermittent closures, with the closures ensuring the safety of workers and motorists.
