The Toledo Blade has reported that Jackson City Manager Patrick Burtch has been approved as a new city administrator for the city of Maumee, Ohio. If Burtch were to take the position he would start in mid February, he would also take a pay cut of about $20,000. Burtch has said in the past he has family in the Maumee area. City of Jackson Public Information Officer Aaron Dimick said a statement will be released when the time is appropriate.
