There have been many complaints about wait times at the Secretary of State office in Jackson, as well as other offices around the state. WKHM’s Greg O’Connor spoke with a citizen at the Jackson office who was not happy.

State Representative Julie Alexander has discussed this problem several times on WKHM, and she continues to look into the issue.
