The Jackson Women’s History Council presented the 44th Susan B. Anthony Awards Sunday afternoon at the Cascades Manor House. Art scholarships were presented to Isabel Spencer of Grass Lake High School and Catherine Castle of Jackson College. Tashia Carter was given the Emerging Leadership Award, and Susan B. Anthony awards were presented to Dana Ashlock of the Jackson Community Foundation and Toby Berry, CEO of the Community Action Agency.
