The da Vinci Institute High School was put on lockdown Wednesday after a student reported a threat of a possible shooting. da Vinci Superintendent Sandy Maxson said students were riding the bus home Tuesday when one student made a threat. The students who heard the threat reported it to the school Wednesday morning. Maxson said Wednesday’s lockdown was a precautionary measure and there was no imminent threat to safety.
