Thursday night the Western panthers hosted the Chelsea bulldogs for the Boys District 21 championship game. The Panthers won a 2-1 victory and will move on to the regional semi-finals at Novi on Wednesday 10/23. Western will face the winner of Dearborn Divine Child vs. Hamtramck. That game is Friday at 7:00 PM.
With Thursday’s win this year’s Panther’s team has broken the school record for wins in a season with 17.
