The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for Jackson beginning at 4:00 AM on Saturday and lasting until 4:00 AM on Sunday. Rain is expected Friday and Saturday and could be quite heavy at times.
Additionally a Winter Storm Warning has been issued beginning at 7:00 AM on Saturday and lasting until 1o:00 AM on Sunday. Cooling temperatures on Saturday in the afternoon will see rain transition to freezing rain, sleet, and possibly snow.
