Grass Lake, Mich. (WKHM) — The Jackson County Department of Transportation (JCDOT) has announced that the Trist Road Bridge, which was originally built in 1939, will be getting an upgrade in 2025.
The load rating of the bridge will be reduced down to three tons, and will be monitored in the meantime to ensure the safety of the public. An inspection is also scheduled for 2024.
