Recently on AM Jackson, Senator Sue Shink discussed the Senate Democrat plan introduced last week that would lower costs for families with young children. She said the plan is a three prong approach which includes a tax credit.
The plan, if approved, would assist families with child care.
Finally, Rx Kids would assist families in buying items their children need, Shink said.

The package of bills was introduced last week and they still have the full vetting process to go in the Senate.
