Jackson, MI – This week, Jackson County Commission Committee meetings it was recommended the county hire of 3 full time positions. Next Tuesday, County Commissioners at their regular meeting could consider adding those new positions for Jackson County. One in Administration, which would be to bring back a full time position that was once eliminated. Another for Jackson County 911 to create a Deputy Administrator Position. Finally another for Jackson County Parks. County Commission Chairman Steve Shotwell.

The positions would be paid for through events, the parks millage and the general fund portion of the budget. Commissioners will make their decision on Tuesday.
