The record-setting season for Western soccer ended Friday night in Novi with a 2-1 loss against Melvindale.
The Panthers trailed 2-0 at halftime. Their second half effort fell short.
Melvindale will play Fenton in the Division 2 State Semi-Finals on Wednesday, October 30th.
