The National Weather Service in Grand Rapids has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Jackson County in south central Michigan and Ingham County in south central Michigan Until 615 PM EDT. At 514 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Mason to 10 miles northeast of Litchfield, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD…60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE…Radar indicated. IMPACT…Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
