Jamarion Richardson Bound Over for Trial on Open Murder

District Judge Daniel Goostrey ruled that Jamarion Richardson and faces one count Open Murder and one count of Felony Firearm in the shooting death of a 16-year-old.  The incident took place on November 1st, 2021, on West High Street in the 200 block.

The maximum possible sentence for Open Murder is life in the Department of Corrections.

The Pre-Trial date will soon be set before Circuit Court Judge Thomas Wilson and Richardson remains lodged at the Jackson County Jail.

All charges are acquisitions, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless they are proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
