A new ‘Hot Wheels’ inspired competition show is heading to NBC. This one looks like a lot of fun as it gives ‘Hot Wheels’ fans a chance to transform an ordinary car into a life-size version of their favorite ‘Hot Wheels’ car.

The NBC website says the show will also include celebrity judges who are ‘experts in car culture, who will declare the winner of each episode.’

The winner of each episode will receive $25,000, and will advance to the finale.  The finale winner will get an additional $50,000, and the car that wins the season will get its own official Hot Wheels model.

No date has been announced of when the show is slated to air, but definitely looking forward to reliving some nostalgia of Mattel’s ‘Hot Wheels’ and also looking forward to see the official Hot Wheels model that comes from the show.
