Jackson, Mich. — Cascades Humane Society is hosting its third annual community yard sale Friday, May 13, Saturday, May 14, and Sunday, May 15. Hours are Friday and Saturday 10am to 6pm and 10am to 3pm on Sunday.
People all over the county donate items they have grown out of to create a huge one-of-a-kind yard sale right in CHS’s front lawn. Find hidden treasures each day as new items emerge or are donated.
Are you doing some spring cleaning and organizing? Cascades Humane Society is looking for donations for inclusion in the yard sale. CHS will begin accepting gently used items starting April 20th, any time they are open (Noon to 6pm Tuesday through Saturday).
There are a few items that CHS is not taking, however, and those are old electronics, paints or aerosols, tires or car parts, car seats or bike helmets, mattresses or bed frames, large furniture, and undergarments. Proceeds from the yard sale go directly to the care of the animals at CHS.
