Take charge of your heart health. Jackson College invites the community to a HealthWise Cardiovascular Health Screening and education event Thursday, Feb. 15 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Health Laboratory Center.

Assess your vital signs, evaluate venous insufficiency (blood flow through veins in the legs), screen cholesterol levels, and learn from our informative education stations. Your heart matters to us because it matters to you.

Trained healthcare professionals perform all screenings. Clinics also provide an opportunity for college students to gain experience. Students will attend, under the supervision of a professional. Screenings will be free, but appointments are required.
