The Jackson County Veterans Affairs in conjunction with VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System and VCAT-9 will host a PACT Act information session with Gary Easterling, VA&R Director from the MI American Legion at 12:00 P.M., who will give a presentation.
The PACT Act expands VA health care and benefits for Veterans, and Survivors of Veterans, who were exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxic substances during their service in Vietnam, The Gulf War, and Post 9/11 eras. This will also include Veterans and their families who served at Camp Lejeune or MCAS New River for at least 30 cumulative days from August 1953 through December 1987.
