
JACKSON (WKHM) — Experience Jackson is inviting the community to a free public screening of the new Under the Radar Michigan episode at the Michigan Theatre on Wednesday, September 17th.
The event runs from 4 to 7 p.m. and will include a 30-minute premiere on the big screen, stories from local business owners featured in the show, and a ribbon cutting celebrating the theatre’s $6.2 million restoration. Guests can enjoy food tastings, concessions, and a cash bar. Co-host Jim Edelman will be on hand for a book signing and meet-and-greet, with a chance to win a prize basket of local items.
The Emmy Award-winning PBS series highlights the people and places that make Michigan unique. The new Jackson episode showcases the Michigan Theatre, local coney islands, Gilbert Chocolates, and the Falling Waters Trail. It debuts on PBS stations September 25th.
