The Giesen Agency of State Farm will celebrate 100 years of the insurance company in a unique way. Today from 4 pm – 6 pm, David Giesen is hosting a food truck charity event that will be benefiting the Cascades Humane Society. From 4-6, The Giesen Agency will be giving a monetary donation to the CHS for every meal purchased from the food trucks; Baby Bear Burger, Crazy Cowboy, and Kona Ice. Additionally, Kona Ice will be giving away free shaved ice’s to the first 100 people. Two live broadcasts on location will be Jenny Lewis from the K105.3 morning show, and Marc Daly from Talk Back Jackson Sports. Cascades Humane Society will be on hand with some adoptable pets.

The Giesen Agency is also collecting donations for CHS, and donations can be brought to the office located at 1030 Laurence Avenue in Jackson. The food truck event will take place in the parking lot of the agency.
