Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — The Hot Air Jubilee is getting ready for launch this afternoon at Ella Sharp Park as the US Women’s Hot Air Balloon Championship continues in Jackson. Jubilee Chair Angela Madden talked about the chance people have to show up and interact with pilots to learn more about how hot air balloons work.

Madden says the event received support from the community in preparation for the festivities.

In addition to the balloon related activities, the Hot Air Jubilee will feature multiple car shows throughout the weekend.
