Jackson County 4th Circuit Court, 12th District Court and Probate Court will be closing their offices to the public in recognition of the states of emergency declared by the Governor of Michigan and President of the United States.

The offices shall be closed completely on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 through Friday, April 3, 2020 with the exception of some essential services among which are custody arraignments, previously scheduled in-custody hearings, and preliminary/emergency hearings in child protective proceedings.
