Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — The Jackson Friendly Home located at 435 W North Street has expanded its dining area for their residents, and celebrated the occasion on Thursday afternoon with a ribbon cutting ceremony.
Administrator Carrie Good spoke with WKHM at the event, detailing the festivities and how the expansion will make their meal time operations go smoother for the women who live at the Jackson Friendly Home.
The dining area is not the only spot in the home that has received recent upgrades, as renovations throughout the place have given multiple other rooms new life and perhaps some visitors from past ones.
Good also spoke about the commitment that her, the residents, and the staff show to make sure that the women living in the home know that they are provided for with family-like care.
