42-year-old Angela Manor was in charge of handling funds for the Michigan Center Schools’ PTO.  Mannor was arraigned on a charge of embezzlement more than $50,000 less than $100,000.  The charge relates to activity going back to 2014.  Blackman-Leoni Township officers are investigating.
