Meet Happy-Go-Lucky Ashanti
This week’s K105.3 and Kibby Park Animal Hospital’s Pet of the Week is Ashanti, a 1-year-old mixed breed weighing about 50 pounds. When Ashanti first arrived at the shelter, like most animals, she was a bit on the nervous side. But now that she’s settled in, her happy-go-lucky personality is really shining through.
Staff say she seems to like everyone she meets. Ashanti enjoys playing with chew toys and has a fun, playful energy. She’s also comfortable around other dogs and doesn’t seem to pay much attention to cats.
