Jackson, Mich. (WKHM, Marc W. Daly) — Lame duck session has been crazy busy with late nights last week at the capitol and a rare Friday session. State Representative Kathy Schmaltz told WKHM they have been presented with a lot of bills.

Schmaltz explained the process of how they become familiar with the bills before the session begins.

Rep. Schmaltz said she still has goals of what she wants addressed in the final week of the session.
