Jackson, Mich. (WKHM) — A Summit Township man is facing multiple serious charges in Jackson County.

33-year-old Roe-Darrell Dedeaux has been charged with seven counts of criminal sexual conduct by the Ingham County Prosecutor’s Office, which is serving as the special prosecutor in the case. Charges include two counts of first-degree Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC), three counts of third-degree CSC involving force or coercion, and two counts of third-degree CSC involving a victim between the ages of 13 and 15.

Dedeaux is also facing charges of assault with intent to cause great bodily harm and aggravated possession of child sexually abusive material.

The charges stem from alleged incidents in Jackson County, and the case is being investigated by the Blackman-Leoni Department of Public Safety.

Dedeaux is due in court for a probable cause conference on July 11 in front of Judge Robert Gaecke in the 12th District Court.
