A group of citizens in the 5th ward in the city of Jackson have filed petition language seeking the recall of 5th ward councilwoman Kelsey Heck who was appointed in September of last year. Former 5th ward candidate Susan Murdie made the announcement Tuesday morning on WKHM with Steve Boyle.
