Jackson, Mich. — American 1 Credit Union has promoted Keleigh Ballinger to Vice President of Branch Operations. In this role, Ballinger will provide support and resources to the District Manager team, who oversees all day-to-day operations in all American 1 branch locations and the American 1 Contact Center.

Ballinger, who received her Master of Science in Administration from the University of West Florida, started at American 1 as a Branch Manager in 2018 and has been promoted twice since.
