Four people were treated at Henry Ford Allegiance Health for gunshot wounds early Saturday morning including the suspected shooter. Witnesses say a fight started outside of a party on Homewild Street and a 21-year-old Jackson man pulled out a handgun and fired a shot in the air to disperse the crowd. The gunman then went inside and another fight ensued resulting in gunshot wounds to a 21-year-old man and a 16-year-old girl. The fight then made its way outside where a 23-year-old man was shot in the leg. At some point in the fight, the suspect received a gunshot wound to the buttocks. It was unclear how he suffered the injury, but authorities suspect he may have unintentionally shot himself. After being treated for his wound the suspect was lodged in the Jackson County Jail.
