Jackson, MI (WKHM) – The Southside Festival Series returns this Saturday, August 12th beginning at 11am at Moorman Park.  Toneka Smith, recently on WKHM, has been working on the program for months.

Toneka says that they come from far and wide and this event is three of four festivals.

Felicia Carter, is known as “Chef Shorty” and runs Shorties, a very popular food truck and catering business. Carter will be a guest speak and also be providing fantastic cuisine.
