Jackson, Mich. (WKHM, Greg O’Connor) — The office of Jackson County Prosecutor Jerry Jarzynka and the Victims Rights Unit is inviting everyone to the annual Victims’ Rights Candlelight Vigil tonight from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Queens Church, 1111 Carlton Ave.
